I have tried contacting Kolor (which is nearly impossible to do), I've contacted GoPro (they bought Kolor) and they don't seem to know what the issue is, I contacted the company 360Heros and they also have not encountered this issue before. I watched a couple tutorials and then I tried importing my footage. After doing some research I have decided to try using Kolor AutoPano to edit my videos. It took me a long time to get my footage onto my computer (see computer specs below) but it is finally on my computer. The last 4 days I have been trying to edit my footage. So I recently purchased 10 GoPros and a Special 10 Camera Rig to make VR/360 Video Content.
